Thrifty's cheap car rental offices are located throughout the country, and they also offer one-way rentals as an added perk for renters.

Access America specializes in offering cheap car rental insurance for those who do not want to pay car rental companies' exorbitant prices. For as low as $9 per day based on type of car and renter's driving record, car renters can receive primary car rental insurance, with collision coverage up to $35,000. While taking the car rental company's rental insurance policy may be easier, it is not necessarily cheaper.
